Doug Hall helps entrepreneurial business owners get what they really want from their business. He does this by helping them implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a field-proven management methodology. Running a company on EOS aligns a leadership team on a single vision, increases traction through discipline and accountability while creating a healthy team culture, thereby enabling the organization to improve business results.
Doug is a seasoned executive with deep experience in business-owner advising, sales-driven business growth and business automation solutions. Since 2012 he has facilitated CEO Focus Seattle, a business-owner strategic advising service. In 2016 he added EOS implementing services.
Doug serves entrepreneur-business owners with 5 to 250 employees and does his best work with owners that want to take their leadership team to the next level.
Doug served in key management roles at Honeywell/Intermec Technologies, Honeywell/Datamax-O’Neil, Seagull Scientific and Printronix/TallyGenicom. He was the General Manager of a business unit that he led from $2 million to $12 million in revenue. He has managed product management teams that developed and supported highly technical barcode label printing and scanning hardware and software and was an early participant in RFID products. He managed sales, business development and product marketing for the leading barcode label design software developer. Doug continues in the barcode industry as a Board Director for AIM North America, the industry association.
Doug earned a BS in Economics at UNC, resides in the Seattle metro area and is a certified ski instructor, golfer and hiker.
